This page is all about the Japanopedia.

The Japanopedia project's mission is all about organising and enhancing all of the Japan-related content online.

This project is the property of anyone with a desire to contribute to that mission. So get involved!

It is NOT the property of the founders. None of the revenue from the "ads by Google" (on the right) goes to the founders of this website (it goes to Wikia if I am not mistaken).

Wikia was chosen for this project because, after talking to japan bloggers and webmasters, it was obvious that a completely transparent and decentralised structure was the best.

In other words, everything done here is done in the open. And no one is the leader, no one person reaps all the benefit but all benefit and have a say.

All that said,

here are questions that I would like to propose as key areas to focus on in this wiki:

1. How can we better organise and improve all the japan-related content on the web?

2. How can we help japan bloggers and webmasters?

3. What will really make the web a better place for Japan-enthusiasts?

4. What do you wish was available (about Japan) online (if anything were possible)?

5. What else can you think of?
